School of Pharmacy HR Appointment Calendar Use Policy and Instructions

In order to serve you better, we offer you this on-line reservation system to meet us in person. If you have any requests or questions that could be addressed through electronic media, please use SOP helpline.

This reservation system is meant for you get our personal face-to-face attention. There are three categories of consultations as described below. Please choose and request an appointment window appropriately.

• SPA related issues and Employee Orientation: recruitment, position creation process, changes in salary, payroll issues, new employee questions.

• Students, Post-Docs, and International Employees: recruitment process, position creation process, payroll/stipend issues, visa applications and renewals.

• EPA related and Other: recruitment, position creation process, changes in salary, payroll issues, employee grievances, other issues not covered above.
