In order to serve you better, we offer you this on-line reservation system to meet us in person. If you have any requests or questions that could be addressed through electronic media, please use SOP helpline.

This reservation system is a means for you to receive our personal, face-to-face attention. There are three categories of consultations as described below. Please choose an appointment window appropriately.

• SPA-related issues and Employee Orientation: recruitment, position creation process, changes in salary, payroll issues, new employee questions.
• Students, Post-Docs, and International Employees: recruitment process, position creation process, payroll/stipend issues, visa applications and renewals.
  
• EPA-related and Other: recruitment, position creation process, changes in salary, payroll issues, employee grievances, other issues not covered above.
