In order to maintain better records, ensure the appropriate funding, and make the process easier, we are providing this on-line reservation system to make dining and/or lodging reservations at the Carolina Inn using SOP-related funds.
The use of this form is required for us to charge any expenditures to the correct funding source. If this reservation process was not used, the charges might be applied against the Trust funds of the faculty or the Division, with no recourse.
